License Agreement
This page provides a summary of the Templix License Agreement. For the complete and legally binding terms, please refer to LICENSE.md.
By purchasing and/or using Templix, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Templix License Agreement.
What You CAN Do
✅ Unlimited End Products - Use the template to create unlimited websites, applications, or projects for yourself or your clients.
✅ Modification - Modify, adapt, and customize the template to suit your needs.
✅ Commercial Use - Use the template in commercial projects, including websites for paying clients.
✅ Client Projects - Create end products for clients and transfer the end product to them upon completion.
✅ Private Repository - Keep the template in a private repository for your own development workflow.
What You CANNOT Do
❌ Redistribution - You cannot redistribute, share, sublicense, or resell the template’s source code.
❌ Open Source - You cannot include the template (or parts of it) in open-source projects or public repositories.
❌ Template Resale - You cannot create derivative templates, themes, or UI kits for sale based on this template.
❌ Sharing Access - You cannot share your GitHub repository access or download files with others who haven’t purchased their own license.
❌ Multiple Licenses - Each purchase grants a license to one individual or entity. Teams require a license for each member who will access the source code.
Client Projects Clarification
When you create a project for a client:
- ✅ You CAN deliver the final website/application to your client
- ✅ Your client CAN use, modify, and maintain their specific project
- ❌ Your client CANNOT access the original template source code
- ❌ Your client CANNOT use the template to create additional projects
- ❌ Your client CANNOT redistribute the template
In simple terms: You build it, they use it — but they don’t get the template itself.
Intellectual Property
The template and all copies thereof are proprietary to Lauro Guedes. All rights in the template not specifically granted in the License Agreement are reserved to Lauro Guedes.
Updates
Your license includes access to all future updates to the template at no additional cost. Updates will be delivered through the same method as your original purchase (GitHub repository access or download).
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once you have received access to the template (via GitHub repository invitation or download), a refund cannot be issued. This policy exists because:
- Digital products can be copied instantly upon access
- We cannot verify deletion of downloaded files
- The full product is delivered immediately upon purchase

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your right to a refund and that this policy complies with EU consumer rights exceptions for digital content.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LAURO GUEDES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LAURO GUEDES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
